Cartovore 1 is still at 1.032. What's going on? Is 1.5 supposed to mean (2) .15, but that isn't there either?

2.15 was up for a bit but it got yanked because there was a big bug in it and it didn't add anything unless you were having a specific crash problem anyway.
I fixed the headline, but apparently I never uploaded it.
