Sex has nothing to do with reproduction in this universe--at least directly. Girls still have the urge to engage in hot lesbian orgies with one another on a regular basis, but this is to enable easier transferring of genetic memories and abilities to other members of their clan or faction, or just to their species as a whole. 'Sex' stimulates the body and soul to share genetic memories and abilities, and thus regular sex keeps the genetics and experience of a race up to date.
The main sex organs on a typical creature are the "Flower" (the word commonly used to refer to the vaginal orifice), the breasts, the inside of the stomach and, to a lesser extent, the lips, anus and fingers. They are each sensitive to stimulation for varying reasons and to varying degrees. It could be said that the primary sex organ, however, is actually the skin itself.
The flower and breasts provide the most overt sexual functions--the flower is the primary repository for genetic material and the place where spores are grown and released, which is why it is so sensitive to touch and stimulation. (It gains more benefit, so the body encourages it more.) However, the body has genetic receptors and emitters planted all throughout the skin as well. When a person becomes sexually stimulated, these receptors activate and the entire body becomes sexually sensitive--to the person, it feels as though their flower has stretched to engulf their entire body. Any form of prolonged physical contact with another creature's flesh will do this, including contact with another person's stomach walls (which is why many girls inadvertently orgasm while being digested).
Once this stimulation has begun, the entire body becomes a sex organ, prompting the girls to gyrate and grind against each other, causing as much skin contact and friction as possible--at this point all skin-on-skin contact will bring pleasure. The primary sex organs remain more sensitive than the rest of the body, but the difference is very diminished.
Orgasms are moments of extreme pleasure and release, accompanied by a sudden spike in genetic receptivity. For the next few minutes following orgasm, a girl's genetic bank will integrate the genetics of nearby creatures much more readily and quickly than normal. The side-effect of this is that they typically end up with a high saturation of the genes of whomever they just had sex with.
Prolonged stimulation of any of the previously mentioned body parts--breasts, anus, etc--will cause a localized version of this effect and can cause the person to achieve orgasm, but it will be a lesser orgasm. It is still pleasurable enough that masturbation is very popular. There are many different kinds, as technically any part of the body can be made to induce an orgasm if stimulated properly (though some are much easier than others). Stimulating these areas is more effective if it is done with a physical body part that contains spores (which includes the skin and all the aforementioned areas) but orgasms can be achieved with the help of inanimate objects as well.
Minor orgasms, such as those induced by stimulating a single area, affect the whole body but focus on the spot being stimulated. Major orgasms, which are induced by full-body stimulation, are much more powerful and affect not only the entire body but the soul as well. When full-body stimulation occurs and a major orgasm is imminent, it triggers a secondary effect in the girl's spirit body. It's chakras will open up and link with the girl's sexual partner, causing a blissful feeling of love and power to add itself to the physical pleasure. This feeling and mixing of energy inevitably leaves an emotional imprint, which is why many girls prefer more localized stimulation ("casual sex") and only go "all the way" with a select few, or even just a single mate. The number of mates you go all the way with varies from culture to culture, as does the expected reaction to it. It is possible to have full-body stimulation without the spiritual effect, but it is very difficult--any feelings of love for the partner will trigger it, and feelings of excitement and love are often necessary to achieve full-body stimulation in the first place.
Mates are not typically possessive of one another, and sex among friends is very common. There are some exceptions, but typically, sex is not stigmatized because it is seen as harmless and beneficial. Occaisionally mates will grow close enough that they do not want other sexual relationships, and this is generally accepted as being a valid personal preference.
As warm, thick liquids are a more hospitable environment for spores (as opposed to cold or thin liquids, which are typically no more hospitable) girls also enjoy warm, slimy things. However, as these things are often associated with being digested or similar fates, they are typically subjects of embarassment. A notable exception being the tongue, which is used extensively in sex, and the vaginal orifice itself.
A body part's sensitivity is often linked to it's saturation of spores or it's receptivity to them. The lips, for example, are sexually sensitive because they are sensitive to spores. This allows them to pick up spores both from kissing, suckling and even swallowing another creature. The breasts, conversely, are sensitive because they produce and emit more spores than the rest of the skin, particularly around the nipple. This creates a situation where one of the ideal means of exchanging genetic data is for one girl to suckle on another's breast; this helps to explain it's popularity in sex.
The stomach walls also possess a high number of spore receptors, though they have few or no emitters. This causes sexual stimulation in both the woman and her victim; in fact, both can potentially experience orgasms while digestion takes place. It also means that one of the best ways to propagate your species is, ironically enough, to be eaten by a member of another species.
Lastly, the anus and rectum have a large number of spore emitters. This is largely because plant life--typically the first stage of an egg's development--actually benefits from being encased in the "fertilizer" the girl produces. This makes the anus sexually sensitive, albeit not on the scale of the flower.
As creatures in Ishara reproduce asexually, there are no proper genders. Instead, the terms normally reserved for gender are used to differentiate between fundamentally different types of creature. Higher order creatures such as fae, angels, demons, humans, and monsters, are almost always referred to by the pronoun "she." Beasts such as snakes, critters such as mice and rabbits, and other non-humanoid creatures are often (but not always) referred to as "he." Some of the higher order non-humanoid monsters such as dragons are referred to as either, depending on the culture. Likewise, planets, moons and stars can be referred to as he or she; in fact, this is usually determined by the individual planet or star (some are called "he" while others are called "she.") The personality of an entity can play a part in determining which term is used, though obviously Isharans do not see personality in terms of masculinity or femininity (having no gender means having no concept of male traits or female traits).
Physically, the vast majority of humanoid creatures have the physical characteristics of a female, though androgyne, male, and unclassifiable hentai species exist as well.
Though generally comparable, Isharans are different from terrestrial human females in several ways.
First, they generally lack the capacity to get fat. The biological energy processes used by Isharans revolve primarily around a variety of chemicals that are collectively called "Honey," and it's energy density is several hundred times that of fat in metabolic terms. It also takes several hundred times more energy to produce, meaning it would take an enormous amount of food to get fat--so much that a normal person would exceed their own digestive capacity. The only time most Isharan species get fat is when they are eating extremely large numbers of living creatures that have existing stores of honey; a girl who eats a dozen other full-sized girls every day would rapidly put on pounds, but under any other circumstance most species cannot accomplish it. However, there are a few species that either have "fat honey" (honey that has a low amount of energy relative to it's mass) or are simply naturally chunky.
Isharans primarily store their honey in a handful of places, including a layer of honey-saturated tissues under the skin (similar to a thin fat layer). The majority of it is stored in the breasts due to their proximity to the heart, which provides quick access to the circulatory system. Due to their quick and powerful metabolisms, an Isharan's body must store a fairly substantial amount of honey, and this means they have considerably larger breasts. Those that do not are typically extremely hyperactive, as their honey is circulating through their blood constantly due to lack of storage space. This is also a survival liability, as the massively increased saturation of honey in the creature's skin will make them much more attractive to predators. However, the genes for this survive simply because honey also stimulates the sex drive (both the owner's and those of nearby creatures). This means that--ironically--flat-chested Isharans tend to have more sex than anyone else, and because their bodies tend to burn honey so fast, they go completely nuts when given access to the breasts of others, often going into a frenzy trying to stimulate their partner enough that they will squirt some honey out.
Internally, Isharans are more or less alien. They have brains, bones, muscles, hearts, lungs, stomachs, and intestines, but many of their other organs have no terrestrial equivalents and vice-versa. What's more, those organs they do share function very differently. An Isharan's lungs are simply a way to accelerate the exchanges of ambient energies; while it is uncomfortable to do, Isharans can hold their breath indefinately, and they are capable of breathing anything that they can physically inhale and exhale. Water is the most obvious example, but virtually any liquid or gas falls under this category. What an Isharan gains from breathing depends on what they're breathing, but since their lungs are typically looking for etheric energies that tend to piggyback on physical ones, they can gain sustenance from almost anything except bile and stomach gases (these having been stripped of their useful energies already). Their stomachs are centered on their bodies (or it could be argued that their bodies are centered around their stomachs) and can extend and stretch to accomodate objects of enormous size, often several times the total volume of the person. The intestines are also capable of processing a tremendous amount of bulk, and the process of eliminating bodily waste can be truly terrifying in it's scale.
It is a widely known fact that the sight of naked flesh drives not only the girls but also the native wildlife into a lust and hunger frenzy. Even many friendly girls feel a powerful urge to slurp someone down when they see them naked. This, more than anything else, is why girls wear clothes. There is also it's variable value as physical protection, softening attacks, absorbing stomach acid and so forth, and the fact that a lot of clothing just plain feels good on the skin. (The skin as a whole is a sex organ, remember.) It is also unknown why most girls feel an urge to look 'sexy'--this is generally just attributed to the fact that Duamutef is a tremendous pervert, but it is also believed to be of use in propagating genes (See above).
Most clothing is made via enchantress magic or found pre-made in buildings. Some clothing is magically made from plant life--the leaves of some trees can be magically induced to form clothing, though monster hide armor is also quite common. Armor is also made magically from base metals harvested from the earth. Most metals actually 'crystallize' up from the ground on most planets, meaning harvesting it is a mere matter of finding it and uprooting it from the ground. (This is actually undigestible waste being excreted by planet-souls, but hey, one girl's waste is another girl's treasure...some planets have even learned to use it to lure girls into patches of carnivorous plants)
"Honey" is the word used to describe the liquid secreted from a creature's breasts. Though all creatures that have breasts create honey, it's effects and use are very different from race to race, and sometimes even from individual to individual. Honey typically must be consciously secreted--it is rarely secreted by accident, but it can be during times of extreme sexual arousal involving stimulation of the breasts.
Creatures almost never drink their own honey, and are usually immune to it in any case; instead, it is given to someone else; typically someone who is suckling on their breast during sex, though in some cases the circumstances are very different (see below).
Honey typically works best on races other than one's own. Though it will still have it's effects on the producer's own race, they are always at least somewhat inured to it's effects (because their own body produces it). Some are outright immune, meaning their honey does nothing to their own species. In most cases, honey's effect is diluted so that it is merely an aphrodesiac to members of the same species.
The same effect is temporarily bestowed on anyone who eats the person; if a pixie is being digested by a demoness, that demoness will be largely immune to the effects of the pixie's honey so long as she is being digested. This is an evolutionary trait specifically used to combat problems with creatures secreting honey after they have been eaten in order to affect their own escape (such as an Arachne secreting her honey, sedating her target and allowing her to simply squeeze out of the throat.) The stomach absorbs the components of the target's body that makes them immune and replicates them, acting as a temporary immune system.
Creatures who are exposed to the same kind of honey enough times--whether from creatures inside or outside of them--tend to develop a resistance to it, and in some cases this resistance can grow into full immunity. Whether this can occur depends on the species of both the drinker and the producer of the honey.
Secreting honey is a pleasurable activity--enough so that it is considered a form of masturbation, with a woman squeezing her breasts for several minutes as she stimulates the release of her honey. Having it drawn out by someone else's mouth is even more intense, making this the preferred method of "dispensing" it.
Most creatures have a suckling instinct that is triggered by nipples and breasts; if they feel a breast or nipple touch their lips, they will reflexively open their mouth. Once this is done, the urge to suckle is difficult to resist. Most girls just go ahead and give into this powerful urge, as the vast majority of honeys are benign, even those belonging to "hostile" races like monsters and demonesses. The reason this reflex is important to note, however, is because of the exceptions that do exist, such as Kari honey. A typical girl with a Kari breast shoved in her mouth will not be able to resist sucking on it for all she's worth, paralyzing herself in the process. Almost all honeys (even Kari or Demoness honey) taste extremely good and are considered the most nutritious food in existance; in addition to it's other effects, a single dose of honey will sustain someone in perfect contentment for a day or more. This is one of only two times when a girl will prefer to turn down food; the other is when they have a full-sized, living meal inside their bellies. Being "Honey-full" is not as overtly pleasurable as being full of squirming food, but it is considered almost as satisfying.
Many races produce a weaker, secondary sort of honey in their privates. This is called, appropriately, "Flower Honey" and is typically much weaker and in smaller supply. Flower honey is almost always an aphrodesiac, however, meaning it is sought out among lovers just as often as real honey.
Girl Honey
Girl honey clears the mind and mildly heightens intelligence and awareness.
As it is most often used during lovemaking, it makes the lovers more aware of
one another's presence. Girl honey also contains a degree of genetic information,
meaning it will strengthen the emotional and genetic bonds with whoever drinks
it (typically their lover). This is why girls have single mates much more often
than other races, and why the intelligence-heightening effect is not often taken
advantage of (the emotional side-effects are typically too great to justify
using it as a mind-enhancer when more direct intelligence potions are available).
Kari Honey
Kari honey is actually a powerful paralytic agent. It activates on contact with
the skin, greatly weakening the muscle response of anyone who touches it. Karis
are capable of squirting their honey on a target during combat, paralyzing them
and making them an easy meal--however, this requires some planning and skill,
as their breasts' supply of honey is replenished too slowly to be used very
often in such a haphazard fashion, despite their breasts' larger-than-normal
capacity. Because of this difficulty, most Karis prefer to jam their nipples
into their target's mouths, cradling them as they impulsively suck down the
honey. The honey is overwhelmingly powerful if drunk directly, totally paralyzing
the now-terrified target.
Arachne Honey
Like Kari honey, Arachne honey is a paralytic agent. It is different only in
that it is also exceptional at dissolving webbing; it not only melts what it
touches, but it causes a chain-reaction that causes all nearby webbing to melt
as well. (This is an intentional behavior, as it makes freeing their prey from
webs easier, while simultaneously incapacitating them for easy consumption)
Kachik Honey
Kachik honey is a firey stimulant that increases aggression and strength. It
is one of the few honeys that works as well on it's own race as it does others,
and packs of Kachiks can often be seen excitedly sucking on one another before
a battle. To drink a Kachik's honey is to be considered her battle-sister and
is typically a sign of great respect. A few Kachiks sell their honey, but most
consider it degrading and disrespectful to one's self and one's tribe.
Naga Honey
Naga honey is a powerful aphrodesiac, giving an intense feeling of sexual desire
to the drinker. The most powerful Naga honeys temporarily drive the drinker
into a frenzy of lust, giving them an overwhelming desire to partake in any
possible form of physical contact with another creature--even if the only one
available is to jump down the creature's throat.
As Naga honey does not keep for long, most feed it to their victims just before they devour them--to heighten the experience for both parties. Skilled alchemists can mix herbs with Naga honey to preserve it, however, and it is sometimes sold as a recreational "love potion," particularly in Faneglut.
Harpy Honey
Harpy honey has the effect of altering a person's perceptions of other creatures.
Pre-existing prejudices, whether genetic or emotional, tend to melt away while
under the influence of harpy honey, replaced with a general feeling of calm
and acceptance for all creatures. It gives a general feeling of goodwill towards
others, allowing one to mingle freely with even the most bestial of monsters
and the most hated of enemies. It seems to have a reciprocal effect as well,
temporarily dulling any ill feelings others may have towards the drinker.
Harpy honey does not keep well and is typically only used by the harpies themselves, often to make friends or placate an enemy. This provides a useful function for them, as harpies are not eloquent speakers and are not generally good at making friends. (In fact, they swear like sailors and practically everything they say is some sort of vulgar slang. After a swig of Harpy Honey, however, anything they say sounds like poetry.)
Angel Honey
Angel honey instills a strong sense of peace and well-being in the drinker,
eventually pulling them into a deep, blissful slumber. Angels use this to pacify
both those who are fighting and those who are suffering. Angel honey can melt
through even the strongest rage, grief and physical pain, causing the drinker
to pass peacefully into sleep. During this sleep they are still aware of what
is going on around them, but in a hazy way, and in any case they will be too
relaxed and contented to care, suspended as they are halfway between the real
world and a perfect dream. They will feel cared for, peaceful, and protected.
And protected they will be. While the drinker is asleep, she cannot be harmed--the energies of the honey will sustain them through attack, injury, and even protect them from digestion. (It might not do much for them when they wake up, but still...)
A girl who has been put to sleep by Angel Honey cannot be awoken until the effect wears off. The only thing that is known to rouse such a person is Naga Honey, powerful magic, or an angel's wake-up call (this can be as simple as a gentle whisper or as elaborate as a trumpet blast).
Angel honey does not spoil or change over time, so it can be bottled and kept. Angels rarely sell it, and when they do, it is often expensive. They sometimes give it as gifts to trusted friends or to those they suspect will need it, but most often, they feed it directly to whomever needs it, fresh from the breast. This allows them to cradle the person as they sleep, which is something the ever-sentimental Angels are fond of doing.
One secret aspect of angel honey is that it can be poured on the remains of a digested creature to bring her back to life. It requires a fairly large amount--sometimes more than a single angel can comfortably produce--but it will restore them fully, provided it is used before the person's spirit reincarnates. This generally requires some magical exertion on the part of the angel as well, particularly if they are going solo and don't have a large supply of honey.
Succubus Honey
Succubus honey has powerful healing properties, and will instantly cleanse the
drinker of nearly all poisons, curses, and maladies they may be afflicted with,
along with restoring most of their energies. The stereotype is that succubi
use this to make sure their "toys" don't break prematurely.
Succubus honey keeps well enough that it could be bottled and sold, but this is very rare; succubuses, quite simply, consider it demeaning to sell their honey. In fact, despite their usual self-interest, they are quite picky about who they give their personal honey to.
Demonette Honey
One of the more malevolent honeys, Demoness honey is a powerful compulsion agent;
it compels the drinker to worship and obey the demoness, rewarding them with
pleasure when they do so (or when they believe they are doing so). The primary
effect lasts for several hours, then tapers off, lingering in a weaker state
for several days. However, the more times it is administered, the longer the
effect tends to last with each dose (unlike most honeys, a person's resistance
to Demonette honey actually tends to weaken the more times they have received
it).
Demonettes typically use this exclusively for their own pleasure and the pleasure of their demoness friends. They delight in humiliating their new slaves, most of which don't have the willpower to resist the powerful desire they have to obey their new master's wishes, no matter how strange, depraved or demeaning.
Demonettes are unusual in two ways when it comes to their honey production; first, they generate almost as much honey in their hips as they do in their breasts, and this honey is just as powerful as their breast honey. Secondly, (WARNING: GROSS) they are capable of secreting this honey into their rectum, introducing it into their bodily waste. A favored way of ringing in new slaves, therefore, is for the demoness to make her eat her excrement.
Thaegon Honey
One of the strangest of honeys, Thaegon Honey is unique in that it affects both
the drinker and the thaegon herself. Anyone who drinks a Thaegon's honey will
forge a powerful bond between the two of them. The thaegon will give her complete
loyalty and devotion to the drinker, and the drinker will want to do the same.
This happens regardless of race, meaning cases of thaegons becoming lifelong
lovers with mortals or even beasts are not unheard of. Thaegons are very hesitant
to give their honey, however--they're "honey-shy" even with people
they like. The bond forged by a thaegon's honey is permanent and very strong,
so they treat it with the utmost care--it is the one thing these gigantic demonesses
are truly protective of, and once it is given, the only thing they will protect
more is their new mate.
Thaegon honey must be very fresh. If it is stored, even for a short time, it
rapidly decays into a lethal poison. Only the most skilled of alchemists can
prevent this from happening, but if they do, it can prove to be a very powerful
potion reagent.
Faerie Honey
One of the most well-known of honeys, Faerie Honey will cause the drinker to
shrink down to the exact size of the faerie who provided it at the time it was
excreted. (Or, if they were smaller than the faerie, cause them to grow to that
size.) The effect is permanent unless the victim drinks the honey again, in
which case they will be restored to their original size. (Magical effects and
other remedies can also restore the person's size in most cases)
Faeries have no qualms about selling their honey and frequently do so, providing a quick and powerful shrinking potion to anyone who can afford it. Many shrinking potions use faerie ingredients (hair or dust, for example) and these are often sold right alongside as a cheaper (but more work-intensive) alternative.
The alternative--the much sought-after potions that are made from Giant faeries--bestow almost unthinkable power, but at an equally unthinkable gold cost. Giant faeries don't want any more competition, and it takes a lot of gold for a Giantess to even take notice of you.
Mermaid Honey
Mermaid honey temporarily increase the sensations of the drinker, making colors
brighter, physical sensations stronger, etc. More pointedly, however, it temporarily
makes the drinker aware of the flow of magical energy in the local area. Most
people can't interpret the feelings, strange and wondrous as they are, but those
with training and insight can interpret the flood of sensation and put it to
good use. Everyone else just assumes they're high.
Mermaids are among the creatures that are immune to their own honey--they do
not gain this effect from it. Instead, it enables them to sense changes in the
water in greater detail.
Mermaid honey also allows the drinker to comfortably breathe water, and with some species it even grants them the temporary ability to convert their legs into a fishlike tail.
